PLAINTIFF'S NOTICE TO COURT COMES NOW plaintiff, John B. Thompson, hereinafter Thompson, as an attorney on his own behalf, and provides notice to the court as follows: 1. Attached hereto is a copy of the Florida Supreme Court's on-line docket as it pertains to The Bar's "disciplinary" pursuit of Thompson. 2. This court should take note that the Florida Supreme Court, as indicated by its own docket, has failed to afford any relief to Thompson from the violation of The Bar's own disciplinary Rules, including its violation of Rule 3-7.13 as to how to secure an assessment of an allegedly impaired lawyer. The Bar has replaced procedure with Case No. 07-21256 (Judge Adalberto Jordan)
