Order from the 11th Circuit pursuant to the October 25,2007, "Supplement to Petition for Writ," construed as a motion to supplement the petition, is DENIED. The November 13, 2007, "Verified Supplement to Petition for Writ," construed as a motion to supplement the petition, is DENIED. The "Petition for Writ of Prohibition and/or Writ of Mandamus" is DENIED. Petitioner's requests to stay the district court proceedings and the state bar disciplinary proceedings are DENIED AS MOOT. Petitioner is ORDERED TO SHOW CAUSE within fourteen (14) days of the date of entry of this order why this file should not be sealed pursuant to 11th Circuit.
