PLAINTIFF'S MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME IN LIGHT OF THE ATTACHED FILING WITH THE STATE SUPREME COURT COMES NOW plaintiff, John B. Thompson, hereinafter Thompson, as an attorney on his own behalf, and moves this court for an extension of ten days in which to respond to defendants' motions to dismiss and/or to prepare his proposed amended complaint, in light of the attached filing with the Florida Supreme Court, which sets forth a medical situation that has impinged upon plaintiff and his family.
