Thompson, hereinafter Thompson, as an attorney on his own behalf, and moves this court for an extension of ten days in which to respond to defendants' motions to dismiss and/or to prepare his proposed amended complaint, in light of the attached filing with the Florida Supreme Court, which sets forth a medical situation that has impinged upon plaintiff and his family.
