Thompson v. The Florida Bar Doc. 405 IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE SOUTHERN DISTRICT OF FLORIDA JOHN B. THOMPSON, Plaintiff, v. THE FLORIDA BAR and DAVA J. TUNIS, Defendants. SUPPLEMENT TO PLAINTIFF'S MOTION FOR THIS COURT TO REFER GREENBERG TRAURIG'S RECORD COUNSEL HEREIN TO THE AD HOC GRIEVANCE COMMITTEE COMES NOW plaintiff, John B. Thompson, hereinafter Thompson, as an attorney on his own behalf, and supplements his above-noted motion and states: Plaintiff requests that this court stop protecting the lawyers who knowingly lied to this court in stating that The Bar had never initiated any action against Thompson. It has done so several times. This was the crucial pivot point of this case. This court knew it when it asked the question. It now knows it was lied to. If it does not act on this information, now, then it is in breach of its oath of office and worse. I HEREBY CERTIFY that this has been served upon record counsel this September 4, 2009, by the court's electronic system. Case No. 07-21256 (Judge Adalberto Jordan) /s/ JOHN B.
