In light of Mr. Thompson's motion for leave to file a second amended complaint, he does not need to respond to the defendants' motions to dismiss until further order from the court. Judge Tunis shall respond to Mr. Thompson's motion for leave to amend by noon on August 17, 2007. If no opposition is filed by such date, the court will grant Mr. Thompson's motion for leave to amend, and the court will proceed under the new complaint at the August 23 hearing.
