Thompson v. The Florida Bar Doc. 56 IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE SOUTHERN DISTRICT OF FLORIDA JOHN B. THOMPSON, Plaintiff, v. THE FLORIDA BAR and DAVA J. TUNIS, Defendants. Case No. 07-21256 (Judge Adalberto Jordan) MOTION TO FILE ATTACHED DOCUMENT COMES NOW plaintiff, John B. Thompson, hereinafter Thompson, as an attorney on his own behalf, and moves this court for leave to file the attached document, stating: 1. The Florida Bar, as it has repeatedly done, has made resolution of its "disciplinary" efforts against Thompson contingent upon his first pleading guilty and then submitting to an evaluation of his alleged mental incapacity by the Florida Lawyers Assistance program. Only an insane person would agree to such a proposal. 2. In order to show the bad faith of The Bar not only in making this proposal but in all of its disciplinary dealings with Thompson, the Forensic Psychological Evaluation of Oren Wunderman, Ph.D., is attached hereto in electronic form, as promised yesterday. The signed original is available on request. I HEREBY CERTIFY that this has been served upon record counsel Aug. 21, 2007. /s/ JOHN B.
