Thompson, hereinafter Thompson, as an attorney and plaintiff on his own behalf, and files this notice of compliance with the court's June 7 order, stating: 1. On May 25, 2007, Thompson served the notice of the filing of this lawsuit and the waiver of service of summons on The Florida Bar, via US mail, at its headquarters at 651 East Jefferson Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32399, Attention: John Harkness, Case No. 07-21256 (Judge Adalberto Jordan)

Executive Director of The Florida Bar, phone number 850-561-5600. Mail service, as this court knows, is an option under the Federal Rules. The Bar has chosen not yet to respond. 2. On May 30, 2007, Thompson similarly served defendant Dava J. Tunis by hand-delivery to her courtroom upon her bailiff. her chambers is 305-548-5536. She has not chosen to respond, either. Thompson has served the amended complaint upon The Bar as well. 3. Yesterday the need for a preliminary injunction was, for now, temporarily averted, as Judge Tunis appropriately removed Thompson's Bar "trial" from the trial calendar. As soon as it is re-set, if it is, then Thompson will move, according to the Rules, with great alacrity for an emergency hearing herein. 4. However, today Thompson is moving this court for court-ordered mediation of this cause, which may and should result in a resolution of this entire dispute. Let's hope so. I HEREBY CERTIFY that this has been served this 8th day of June, 2007, by both fax and mail upon the above two defendants at their noted addresses and by email as well.
