On June 8, 2007, Mr. Thompson filed a notice with the court [D.E. 6], stating that the need for a preliminary injunction has been averted, as the proceedings have been removed from the trial calendar. Accordingly, Mr. Thompson's motion for a preliminary injunction [D.E. 3] is
