ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANTS' MOTION TO COMPEL PRODUCTION OF DOCUMENTS RESPONSIVE TO SUBPOENAS: Motion to compel (DE 1) is granted; the Receiver, DDJ and Capitalink shall produce with 15 days of the date of this order all documents within the categ ories agreed upon by the parties; the Receiver, DDJ and Capitalink shall also provide Defendants with a privilege log; if the parties reach an agreement on the entire document production, they shall notify the court in writing within three (3) days of such conclusion of this dispute.
