The Plaintiff have observed that the case style on my initial Order Referring Case to Magistrate Judge[D.E. 6], and Order Requiring Joint Scheduling Report [D.E. 7], was incorrect due to a scrivener's error. These orders have been corrected; the amended orders are entered as docket entry 9 (Order Referring Case to Magistrate Judge) and 10 (Order Requiring Joint Scheduling Report).
