FINAL JUDGMENT IN FAVOR OF PLAINTIFF MARLENIS SMART
THIS ACTION was tried by a jury with Judge Marcia G. Cooke presiding, and the jury
has rendered a verdict. Therefore, it is ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:
1. Plaintiff Marlenis Smart shall recover from Defendant City of Miami Beach, Florida, the
amount of $700,000.00, for which sum let execution issue, with interest at the legal rate
prescribed by 28 U.S.C. § 1961, along with costs.
2. The Clerk of the Court shall CLOSE this case for statistical purposes.
3. This Court retains jurisdiction to enforce the terms of this judgment.
