THIS CAUSE is before the Court on Defendants Howard Crompton and Andrew
Schmidt’s Motion for Reconsideration and/or Appeal of Court Order Concerning Text
Messages on Michael Sclawy-Adelman’s Cellular Telephone [ECF No. 204] (“Motion”).
Defendants Boy Scouts of America and South Florida Council filed a Notice of Joinder.
[ECF No. 205]. Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636 and the Magistrate Rules of the Local Rules
for the Southern District of Florida, the Motion is construed as a Motion for Reconsideration
and hereby REFERRED to United States Magistrate Judge Jonathan Goodman to take all
necessary and proper action as required by law.
