Upon review of the record in the instant case, the undersigned—who recently became a Senior U.S. District Judge—will likely be out of the District during the scheduled trial period in this matter. In the interest of promoting the efficient judicial resolution of this matter, the parties are encouraged to voluntarily consent to trial before U.S. Magistrate Judge Jonathan Goodman in accordance with the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 636(c).
