This matter is before the Court upon the parties’ Joint Motion to Extend Pretrial
and Trial Deadlines [ECF No. 229]. Having reviewed the Motion, record, and being
otherwise duly advised that the parties have agreed upon certain pre-trial and trial
deadlines, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
1.

The parties shall file a [Proposed] Order setting forth the agreed-upon dates that
the parties seek to amend in the Order Setting Oral Argument; Rescheduling
Pretrial Deadlines and Trial Date Sua Sponte [ECF No. 39] no later than
Friday, July 22, 2011 at 5:00 p.m.

2.

The parties shall submit a WordPerfect version of the [Proposed] Order via
electronic mail to [e-mail] no later than Friday, July 22, 2011
at 5:00 p.m.
