ORDER GRANTING PARTIES’ JOINT MOTION
TO EXTEND PRE-TRIAL AND TRIAL DEADLINES [ECF No. 229]
This matter is before the Court upon the parties’ Joint Motion to Extend Pretrial
and Trial Deadlines [ECF No. 229]. Having reviewed the Motion, record, and being
otherwise duly advised that the parties have agreed upon certain pre-trial and trial
deadlines, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
1.

The parties’ Joint Motion to Extend Pretrial and Trial Deadlines [ECF No. 229] is
GRANTED.

2.

The Pretrial Conference is rescheduled to February 10, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. The
Trial is rescheduled for the two week trial period beginning, March 12, 2012,
before the Honorable Alan S. Gold, United States District Courthouse, 400 N.
Miami Ave., Courtroom 11-1, Miami, Florida 33128. The Calendar Call is
rescheduled to March 7, 2012 at 1:30 p.m.

3.

The following deadlines set forth in the Order Setting Pretrial and Trial Dates,
[ECF No. 39] are modified as follows:

All non-expert discovery shall be completed.

September 15, 2011

The parties shall comply with S.D. Fla.L.R. 16.1 K
concerning the exchange of expert witness summaries
and reports.

October 7, 2011

Rebuttal expert reports shall be filed.

All expert discovery shall be completed.

November 30, 2011

Mediation shall be completed.

December 19, 2011

All dispositive pre-trial motions and memoranda of law
shall be filed.

January 13, 2012

Pre-trial stipulation and Motions in Limine shall be
filed.

4.

All other dates and requirements in the Order Setting Pretrial Dates and Trial
Dates and Deadlines [ECF No. 39] not revised herein, or by court order, shall
remain in full force and effect.
