All non-expert discovery shall be completed no later than Friday, September 30, 2011. 3. The parties shall comply with S.D. Fla. L.R. 16.1 K concerning the exchange of expert witness summaries and reports no later than Friday, September 30, 2011. 4. All other dates and requirements in the Order Setting Oral Argument; Rescheduling Pretrial Deadlines and Trial Date Sua Sponte [ECF No. 39] and the Order Granting Parties’ Joint Motion to Extend Pre-Trial and Trial Deadlines [ECF No. 229] not revised herein, or by court order, shall remain in full force and effect.
