ORDER GRANTING MOTION TO SUBSTITUTE COUNSEL [ECF No. 298]
This matter is before the Court on Wicker, Smith, O’Hara, McCoy & Ford, P.A.’s
Motion to Substitute Counsel for Defendants Howard K. Crompton and Andrew L. Schmidt
(“Motion”) [ECF No. 298]. Although the docket text states that the Motion is “unstipulated,”
in addition to being “unopposed,” the Motion indicates that Defendants Crompton and
Schmidt do not object to the substitution of their retained counsel Eric S. Kleinman of
Kleinman & Arrizabalaga, P.A. Id. at 1-2. Further, the Motion contains a Local Rule 7.1
certification indicating that counsel for Plaintiffs do not object. Id. at 2. Having reviewed
the Motion, record, and being otherwise duly advised, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
1.
The Motion [ECF No. 298] is hereby GRANTED.
2.
Wicker, Smith, O’Hara, McCoy & Ford, P.A. is hereby permitted to withdraw as
counsel and is terminated as counsel in this proceeding by this Order.
DONE and ORDERED in Chambers in Miami, Florida, this 15th day of September,
2011.
