OMNIBUS ORDER GRANTING
JOINT MOTION TO EXTEND NON-EXPERT DISCOVERY DEADLINE
AND EXPERT WITNESS REPORT DEADLINE [ECF No. 305]; SETTING DEADLINES
This matter is before the Court on the parties’ Joint Motion to Extend Non-Expert
Discovery Deadline and Expert Witness Report Deadline (“Motion”) [ECF No. 305]. Having
reviewed the Motion and being otherwise duly advised, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
1.
The Motion [ECF No. 305] is GRANTED.
2.
All non-expert discovery shall be completed no later than Monday, October 31,
2011.
3.
The parties shall comply with S.D. Fla.L.R. 16.1 K concerning the exchange of
expert witness summaries and reports no later than Monday, October 31, 2011.
4.
Rebuttal expert reports shall be filed no later than Thursday, November 24, 2011.
5.
All expert discovery shall be completed no later than Saturday, December 31,
2011.
6.
All dispositive pretrial motions and memoranda of law shall be filed no later than
Monday, January 16, 2012.
7.
Responses to dispositive motions shall be filed no later than Monday, January 30,
2012.
8.
Replies in support of dispositive motions shall be filed no later than Monday,
February 6, 2012.
9.
The pretrial conference previously set for Friday, February 10, 2012 at 2:00 p.m.
is hereby CANCELLED.
10.
Oral argument on any dispositive motions is hereby set before the Honorable Alan
S. Gold, at the United States District Courthouse, Courtroom 11-1, Eleventh Floor,
400 North Miami Avenue, Miami, Florida, 33128 on Friday, February 24, 2012 at
10:00 a.m.
a.
To assist the Court, the parties are ORDERED to deliver to the
undersigned’s Chambers a Joint Binder containing tabbed and indexed
courtesy copies of any dispositive motions and any responses, replies,
exhibits, memoranda of law, and case law related to the motions by Friday,
February 10, 2012 at 4:00 p.m. The courtesy copies shall include a table
of contents and shall indicate the docket entry number of each document
contained therein.
b.
If the parties do not file dispositive motions, a Pretrial Conference will be held
in lieu of oral argument on any dispositive motions on Friday, February 24,
2012 at 10:00 a.m.
c.
In the event another pretrial conference is necessary due to, inter alia,
Daubert motions, such pretrial conference is hereby set before the
Honorable Alan S. Gold, at the United States District Courthouse, Courtroom
11-1, Eleventh Floor, 400 North Miami Avenue, Miami, Florida, 33128 on
Thursday, April 26, 2012 at 4:30 p.m. The parties are hereby placed on
notice that if the Court is not engaged in trial during this time, the pretrial
conference may be rescheduled to an earlier time in the day and all parties
will be provided with notice of such rescheduling.
11.
All other dates and requirements in the Order Setting Oral Argument; Rescheduling
Pretrial Deadlines and Trial Date Sua Sponte [ECF No. 39] and the Order Granting
Parties’ Joint Motion to Extend Pre-Trial and Trial Deadlines [ECF No. 261] not
revised herein, or by court order, shall remain in full force and effect.
