and Notice of Settlement [ECF No. 315], indicating this case had settled. Having reviewed
the case file and being otherwise duly advised, it is hereby ORDERED AND ADJUDGED
that:

This case is ADMINISTRATIVELY CLOSED.

2.

The parties are instructed to file an appropriate joint stipulation of dismissal
in accordance with Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41 on or before October
31, 2011.

3.

All pending motions are DENIED AS MOOT and all hearings are
CANCELED
