BOY SCOUTS OF AMERICA; THE SOUTH FLORIDA COUNCIL INC., BOY SCOUTS OF
AMERICA; PLANTATION UNITED METHODIST CHURCH; HOWARD K. CROMPTON,
Individually, and ANDREW L. SCHMIDT, Individually, by and through their respective
undersigned counsel, and hereby stipulate that the parties have amicably settled this lawsuit at
mediation and further stipulate as follows:

IT IS STIPULATED AND AGREED that the instant proceeding brought by

HOWARD ADELMAN AND JUDITH SCLAWY against BOY SCOUTS OF AMERICA; THE
SOUTH FLORIDA COUNCIL INC., BOY SCOUTS OF AMERICA; PLANTATION UNITED
METHODIST CHURCH; HOWARD K. CROMPTON, Individually, and ANDREW L. SCHMIDT,
Individually, is hereby dismissed with prejudice, with each party to bear its own costs and attorneys’
fees.

IT IS FURTHER STIPULATED AND AGREED that the Court shall retain
