THIS CAUSE is before the Court upon the parties’ Joint Stipulation for Dismissal
With Prejudice [ECF No. 317]. Having reviewed the Stipulation and being otherwise duly
advised, it is hereby ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
1.
This case is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE, each party to bear its own
costs and fees.
2.
The Court shall retain jurisdiction to enforce the terms of the settlement
reached between the parties.
3.
The Clerk of the Court is instructed to CLOSE this case.
