THIS CAUSE is before the Court upon Apple Inc.'s Agreed Motion for Extension of Time to Respond to Plaintiff's Complaint, filed October 27, 2010. (D.E. 9.) Apple Inc. requests an extension of time up to and including November 29, 2010, to answer, move, or otherwise respond to Plaintiff's Complaint. THE COURT has considered the Motion and the pertinent portions of the record and is otherwise fully advised in the premises. It is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion (D.E. 9) is GRANTED IN PART. Apple Inc.'s response is due on or before November 18, 2010. No further extensions will be granted.
