THIS CAUSE came before the Court upon Defendant and Counterclaim Plaintiff Apple’s
Motion to Bring Equipment (D.E. 129). The Court has reviewed the Motion, the relevant
portions of the record, and is otherwise fully advised in the premises. Accordingly, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion (D.E. 129) is GRANTED.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Plaintiff and Counterclaim
Defendant Motorola is authorized to bring similar relevant equipment into court on the dates
indicated in D.E. 129.
