ORDER REQUESTING RESPONSE
THIS CAUSE came before the Court upon the Court’s Order (D.E. 88). THE COURT
has reviewed the relevant portions of the record, including said Order, and is otherwise fully
advised in the premises.
Pursuant to D.E. 88, the deadline for Infringement contentions was June 1, 2011.
Accordingly, the Court hereby orders the parties to file a copy of their respective Infringement
contentions with the Court no later than October 28, 2011, or to file a written response of five
pages or less by the same deadline, stating why it is unable to do so.
