Case No.10-23580-Civ-UU
MOTOROLA MOBILITY, INC.,
Plaintiff,
v.
APPLE INC.,
Defendant.
________________________________________/
ORDER VACATING ORDER GRANTING MOTION TO STRIKE
THIS CAUSE is before the Court upon Motorola’s filing of a Response (D.E. 185) to
Apple’s Motion to Strike (D.E. 178). THIS COURT has considered the pertinent portions of the
record and is otherwise fully advised in the premises.
The Court neglected to grant Motorola the full time to respond to Apple’s Motion (D.E.
178). Since the response deadline fell during the Thanksgiving holiday, Motorola filed a timely
response when it submitted its response on the first business day following the holiday.
Accordingly, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Court’s Order Granting Motion to Strike (D.E.
186) is VACATED.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at Miami, Florida, this _29th__ day of November,
2011.
