ORDER GRANTING MOTION FOR HEARING
THIS MATTER is before the Court upon the Joint Motion to Amend Scheduling Order
[ECF No. 233]. This Motion is GRANTED. The deadline for expert discovery is moved to
May 11, 2012, and the deadline for dispositive motions is moved to May 18, 2012.
To allow the Court sufficient time to rule upon any dispositive motions, the trial in this
matter is continued to the two-week period beginning October 22, 2012. Calendar call will be
held at 9 a.m. on the preceding Tuesday, October 16, 2012. All other deadlines set forth in the
Amended Scheduling Order remain in place.
