JOINT NOTICE REGARDING THE SCHEDULE
AND PRESENTATION OF THE MARCH 8, 2012 TUTORIAL
In an effort make the most efficient use of the Court’s time at the tutorial on March 8,
2012 (DE 234), the parties have met and conferred regarding the logistics of the upcoming
tutorial hearing, including the order of the presentations and the time allotted for each side.
The parties agree that the order of the presentation on March 8 should be as follows:
1. Motorola Legal Tutorial Presentation;
2. Apple Legal Tutorial Presentation;
3. Motorola Presentation on Motorola Patents at issue in Motorola’s claims;
4. Apple Presentation on Motorola Patents at issue in Motorola’s claims;
5. Apple Presentation on Apple Patents at issue in Apple’s counterclaims;

6. Motorola Presentation on Apple Patents at issue on Apple’s counterclaims;
The parties agree that each side should have 195 minutes (3 hours and 15 minutes) of
total presentation time so that the tutorial can be completed on March 8, 2012, as scheduled.
In order to ensure a balanced presentation, Motorola further suggests that each side be
allotted 45 minutes for the legal tutorial. Apple does not agree to any time limits for the legal
tutorial, but rather wants to use its allotted time as it believes will best benefit the Court.
