THIS MATTER is before the Court on the Joint Motion to Amend Scheduling Order
[ECF No. 256], filed by Apple, Inc., Motorola Solutions, Inc. and Motorola Mobility, Inc. Upon
consideration, this Motion is GRANTED.

The deadlines below shall replace and supersede the

corresponding deadlines previously set in the Court’s December 19, 2011 Amended Scheduling
Order [ECF No. 206], but all other deadlines shall remain unchanged:
