Before the Court is the Joint Motion to Amend Scheduling Order filed by Apple, Inc.
(“Apple”) and Motorola Solutions, Inc. and Motorola Mobility, Inc. (“Motorola”).
This Court, having considered the motion and all other relevant factors, hereby GRANTS
the Motion. The following deadlines shall replace and supersede the corresponding deadlines
previously set in this Court’s December 19, 2011, Amended Scheduling Order, D.E. 206,
superseded in part by this Court’s March 8, 2012 Amended Scheduling Order, D.E. 261:
