ORDER ON PARTIES’ MOTION FOR INCREASING PAGE LIMIT
THIS CAUSE is before the Court upon the parties’ Motion for Increasing Page Limits
Regarding Claim Construction Briefs. (D.E. 90.)
THE COURT has considered the Motion and the pertinent portions of the record and is
otherwise fully advised in the premises. The parties request that the Court allow them to exceed
the twenty-page briefing limit and set the page limit for opening and responsive claim
construction briefs in this matter at fifty-pages per brief. It is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion (D.E. 90) is GRANTED.
