No. 49), filed on April 10,2011. THE COURT has considered the motion and the pertinent portions of the record, and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is ADJUDGED that the motion is DENIED as the Court after 21 years on the Federal Bench is well aware of the necessity for a Markman hearing prior to trial. The deadlines for those briefs are part and parcel of the deadlines set for all motions. Discovery in other civil cases involves experts too and this discovery order setting deadlines contemplated that expert depositions would take place. , DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at Miami, Florida, /' thi~ay of May, 2011. ~ FEDERIC6:MORE 0 CHIEF UNITED STATES DISTRICT JUDGE Copies provided to: Counsel of Record
