PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Jim S. Zeng hereby withdraws as counsel for Defendant
Microsoft Corporation. Mr. Zeng is no longer with the law firm of Sidley Austin LLP and has

pro hac vice in this matter. Microsoft Corporation will continue to be represented in this action
