Plaintiffs hereby give notice of compliance with the Court’s Order of September 1, 2011
(DE #136) (“Order”), cancelling the hearing set for September 20, 2011. Pursuant to that Order,
plaintiffs have served Lemuria Communications, Inc. (“Lemuria”) with a copy of the Order, by
sending a copy of the Order via overnight delivery to Lemuria’s counsel N. Andrew Leibnitz at
his address indicated on the Service List. Additionally, plaintiffs have emailed a copy of the
Order to Mr. Leibnitz at the email address indicated on the Service List.
