Studios Productions LLLP; Columbia Pictures Industries, Inc. and Warner Bros. Entertainment
Inc. (collectively “Plaintiffs”) and Defendants Hotfile Corporation and Anton Titov (collectively
“Defendants”) (Plaintiffs and Defendants are together the “Parties”), jointly file the following
