counsel, herby serves this Notice of Striking Docket Entry 56, Notice of Filing Joint Proposed
Order, for inadvertently having filed a the proposed order as a main document, rather than an
attachment to a Notice of Filing as directed in the CM/ECF Administrative Procedures. Since
Judge Williams already signed the proposed order, however, the Plaintiff shall not be refilling
the proposed order as an attachment to a Notice of Filing.
