From: To: Cc: Subject: Date: Kenia Bravo "Averil Andrews" "Sean Santini"; "avelinogonzalez@bellsouth.net" Corbacho Daudinot v. Yasiel Puig et al Monday, April 20, 2015 4:17:00 PM Dear Ms. Andrews,   This is to memorialize our conversation wherein I informed you that our client Mr. Corbacho Daudinot is still in Cuba due to some final logistical hurdles at the Cuban Airport. While Mr. Corbacho Daudinot is free, and has a passport, he is waiting for the tribunal to inform DNI that he has no restriction to travel and to be removed from the list of people unauthorized to travel that is kept at the airport.     We had informed Rene Murai last week of this problem (via email) and were laboring under the supposition that he had informed your office.   While we are still in time to cancel court reporter and translator, we feel that it may be beneficial to take the time we would have used at the deposition to meet in order to negotiate a settlement in this matter.   Sincerely, Kenia Bravo, Esq.
