White, United States Magistrate Judge for a Report on Plaintiff's pro se prisoner civil rights case. The Magistrate Judge filed a Report (D.E. No. 4), recommending that this case be dismissed for lack of prosecution. The Court has reviewed the entire file and record and notes that no objections have been filed. After careful consideration, it is hereby: ADJUDGED that United States Magistrate Judge White's Report (D.E. No. 4) is AFFIRMED and ADOPTED. Accordingly, it is ADJUDGED that 1. 2. This case is DISMISSED without prejudice for failure to prosecute. This case is CLOSED and all pending motions are DENIED as MOOT.
