Google asks this Court to grant leave to file two separate motions for summary judgment because the issues presented in Google's intended motions are unrelated. It states that the two motions together are expected to be under thirty pages. The court having reviewed the Motion and otherwise being advised in the premises it is hereby, ORDERED and ADJUDGED that this Motion [DE 135] is hereby DENIED.
