GOOGLE INC., a Delaware corporation, Defendant. _____________________________________/ ORDER DENYING GOOGLE INC.'S MOTION FOR LEAVE TO FILE TWO SEPARATE MOTIONS FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT THIS CAUSE comes before the Court upon Google Inc.'s Motion for Leave to File two Separate Motions for Summary Judgment [DE 135], filed on October 12, 2006. Google asks this Court to grant leave to file two separate motions for summary judgment because the issues presented in Google's intended motions are unrelated. It states that the two motions together are expected to be under thirty pages. The court having reviewed the Motion and otherwise being advised in the premises it is hereby, ORDERED and ADJUDGED that this Motion [DE 135] is hereby DENIED. DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at West Palm Beach, Florida, this 19 day of October, 2006.
