GOOGLE INC., a Delaware corporation, Defendant. _____________________________________/ ORDER GRANTING SILVER'S MOTION FOR CONTINUANCE OF TRIAL AND SILVER'S MOTION FOR AN EXTENSION OF TIME TO RESPOND TO SUMMARY JUDGMENT MOTIONS THIS CAUSE comes before the Court upon Silver's Motion for Continuance of Trial [DE 141] filed on October 16, 2006 and Silver's Motion for Extension of Time to Respond to Summary Judgment Motions [DE 139] filed on October 18, 2006. Silvers is currently proceeding pro se. An attorney has agreed to represent him if the trial date is moved. The court having reviewed the Motions and otherwise being advised in the premises it is hereby, ORDERED and ADJUDGED that these Motions [DE 141 & 139] are hereby GRANTED. The trial date will be changed by separate order. Silvers shall have until November 10, 2006 to respond to Motions for Summary Judgment.
