Silvers is currently proceeding pro se. An attorney has agreed to represent him if the trial date is moved. The court having reviewed the Motions and otherwise being advised in the premises it is hereby, ORDERED and ADJUDGED that these Motions [DE 141 & 139] are hereby GRANTED. The trial date will be changed by separate order. Silvers shall have until November 10, 2006 to respond to Motions for Summary Judgment.
