The court having reviewed the Motion and otherwise being advised in the premises it is hereby, ORDERED and ADJUDGED that this Motion [DE 129] is hereby GRANTED. The scope of the Phase I trial shall be limited to the resolution of whether Silvers or Stelor may enforce rights as to third partes. DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at West Palm Beach, Florida, this 2 day of November, 2006.
