A review of the docket sheet reveals as follow : (1) on June 16, 2005, the Court issued an order directing the Government and U .S . Probation Officer to file a response to the defendant's motion referenced herein and (2) on June 20, 2005, the Government and U .S . Probation Officer filed their respective response . After careful review of the motion and responses thereto, it is hereb y ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the defendant's motion to terminate supervised release is hereby denied .
