("Wachovia"), by counsel, and Plaintiff Ken Vollmer, by counsel, collectively the "Parties," have submitted a Joint Motion to Extend Answer Deadline. The Parties have shown the Court as follows: 1. This action was commenced on January 8, 2009, when Plaintiff filed

a Class Action Complaint in the Superior Court of Fulton County, Georgia. 2. Wachovia was served with a summons and copy of the Complaint on

January 30, 2009. 3. Wachovia timely removed the case to this Court on March 2, 2009.

Wachovia requests -- with the consent of Plaintiffs -- that the Court

extend Wachovia's deadline to answer, move, or otherwise respond to the complaint to and including March 23, 2009. Based on the facts set forth above, and for good cause shown, the Joint Motion to Extend Answer Deadline is GRANTED. The deadline for Wachovia to answer, move, or otherwise respond to the class action complaint shall be EXTENDED through and including March 23, 2009. SO ORDERED, this 27th day of April, 2009.
