(PROPOSED) ORDER Having considered Plaintiff's EMERGENCY MOTION FOR

PROTECTIVE ORDER (D.I. 180), the parties' briefs regarding same, and heard argument from the parties' counsel on the motion, the motion is hereby DENIED. The Court finds that the deposition testimony sought by Defendants for use in evidence at trial includes facts relevant to the value of the images which are the subject matter of this action and to Plaintiff's claim for punitive damages. So ORDERED this day of March 2011.
