ORDER FOR USE OF ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT
At the motion of Plaintiff in the above-styled action, it is hereby
ORDERED that said counsel and Kathy Sims of the firm of Hallman & Wingate,
LLC and Les Silvia of Infinite Computer Services may bring and use laptop
computers, mini-netbook computers, cell phones (including camera phones), personal
electronic devices, and other electronic equipment, accessories and materials for use
during the trial before Judge Thrash scheduled to take place during the two-week

calendar beginning on June 6, 2011. Said equipment may be brought to the
courthouse beginning Monday, June 6, 2011, and continuing day to day until the
conclusion of trial. Said equipment shall be subject to inspection.
