PLAINTIFF’S RESPONSE TO DEFENDANT’S
SECOND MOTION TO AMEND PRETRIAL ORDER
COMES NOW, Plaintiff, Maureen Toffoloni, through counsel and
responds to Defendant’s Second Motion to Amend the Pretrial Order. Plaintiff objects
to Defendant’s second amendment as untimely, and also objects to the proffered new
evidence, namely Defendant’s Exhibits 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, and 36, as untimely,
irrelevant, and immaterial.
