EQUIPMENT INTO THE COURTHOUSE
The above-styled action having been set for trial on June 13, 2011, and
Defendant LFP Publishing Group, LLC (“LFP”) having requested the Court’s
permission to transport electronic equipment into the courthouse,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that S. Derek Bauer, Barry J. Armstrong,
Darrell J. Solomon and Paul J. Cambria, Jr., counsel for LFP, be permitted to bring
the following electronic equipment into the courthouse and into the courtroom of
the Honorable Thomas W. Thrash, Jr., for purposes of presenting evidence and
other demonstrative matters during trial beginning Monday, June 13, 2011 and
continuing each day until the conclusion of trial:

 Computer cables;
 Extension cords;
 Cell phones; and
 Other electronic equipment.
