The above-styled action having been set for trial on June 13, 2011, and
Defendant LFP Publishing Group, LLC (“LFP”) having requested the Court’s
permission to transport electronic equipment into the courthouse for training in
anticipation of trial,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Darrell J. Solomon, counsel for LFP, be
permitted to bring the following electronic equipment into the courthouse and into
the courtroom of the Honorable Thomas W. Thrash, Jr., for training and
preparation purposes on Friday, June 10, 2011:
