JUDGMENT
This action came before the court for a trial by jury. The issues have been
tried and the jury has rendered its verdict on June 16, 2011 in favor of the plaintiff
MAUREEN TOFFOLONI, as Administrator and Personal Representative of the
Estate of Nance E. Benoit and against defendant LFP PUBLISHING GROUP, LLC
as to Compensatory Damages in the amount of $125,000.00 On June 17, 2011 the
Court granted in part the Motion for Judgment as a Matter of Law in favor of the
defendant as to Specific Intent on punitive damages and reduced the award of
punitive damages to $250,000.00.
It is Ordered and Adjudged that plaintiff MAUREEN TOFFOLONI, as
Administrator and Personal Representative of the Estate of Nance E. Benoit

recover of defendant LFP PUBLISHING GROUP, LLC $375,000.00 plus interest
and her costs of action.
