NOTICE OF CROSS APPEAL
Notice is hereby given that Defendant LFP Publishing Group, LLC (“LFP”)
cross appeals to the United States District Court of Appeals for the Eleventh
Circuit from the following judgments and orders:
1.

Those portions of the Court’s Order entered on November 23, 2010
which granted Plaintiff’s Motion to Strike the Testimony of Gregory
C. Lisby, or in the Alternative, to Disqualify Expert and granted
Plaintiff’s Renewed Motion for Partial Summary Judgment as to
Liability (Docket Index (“D.I.”) 173); and

2.

Those portions of the Court’s final Judgment entered on June 17, 2011
which awarded Plaintiff compensatory damages in the amount of

$125,000.00 and punitive damages in the amount of $250,000.00
(D.I. 244).
