Benoit, Plaintiff, v. LFP PUBLISHING GROUP, LLC doing business as Hustler Magazine, et al., Defendants. ORDER This is an action seeking damages for the Defendant's alleged unlawful appropriation of images of the Plaintiff's deceased daughter. It is before the Court on the Plaintiff's Motion for Attorney Fees [Doc. 31]. The motion fails to comply with Rule 11 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and LR 7.1A(1). In any event, the Defendant's motion to stay was not frivolous. The Plaintiff's Motion for Attorney Fees [Doc. 31] is DENIED. CIVIL ACTION FILE NO. 1:08-CV-421-TWT
